Mipony 2.5.6, new version

New version of Mipony, we have fixed problems, added new sites and updated others.

List of changes:
-Mipony will run under .NET Framework 4.x if it is installed. It is recommended to install .NET Framework 4.6 or newer. Some downloads could not work if it is not installed.
